Technical Trainees Aim for Career Advancement by Passing JLPT N4. Balancing Work and Self-Study👨🔧📖

At a company that accepts Indonesian technical trainees,
Surala Nihongo has been introduced, and the trainees are
using their free time before and after work for self-study.
Since learning progress can be monitored through the learning
management interface, a staff of Surala provide remote support,
and supervisors of Taiyo Yuka collaborate to monitor the trainees.
They have received daily encouragement from their superiors
at the workplace while advancing their Japanese studies,
achieved JLPT N4 certification.

The technical trainees expressed,
“We want to talk more with Japanese people at the workplace.”
They had previously studied using various Japanese textbooks, apps, and video materials.
They commented
“We were struggling without knowing what order to study in to achieve their goal of N4 certification.”
